About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum of 5 years required License: Valid State License Certifications: ACLS, BCLS Must-Have: Must be able to perform open vascular, endovascular, and hybrid room cardiovascular procedures. Call required: Post shift coverage from 17:00 to 07:00, and weekend coverage for 24 hours from 07:00 to 07:00. Requires at least one weekend call per month and one post shift per week. Description: Registered Nurse needed for a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting. Schedule is Monday through Friday with one day off each week. Days off may vary weekly. Call is required, including weekends and post shifts. Staffing ratios are 1:1 for patient care. First-time travelers with 5+ years of experience are accepted. Weekend call is required only. Strong clinical skills in high-acuity cardiovascular procedures are necessary. Experience with diverse surgical cases is preferred. Responsibilities include patient assessment, collaboration with surgical teams, and ensuring high standards of care. Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic clinical situations is essential. Commitment to teamwork and effective communication is expected.
