Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is building an Internal PRN Pool for experienced RNs and LPNs looking for flexible scheduling and competitive pay without bouncing between facilities.

Shifts Available

12-hour shifts
7a–7p and 7p–7a
Weekday and weekend opportunities available

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly
Document care clearly and timely
Work collaboratively with CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team
Help maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment

? Requirements

Active RN or LPN license
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Team-oriented mindset and professionalism
