Job Description

SURESTAFF has an immediate opening for an Onsite Supervisor for a key client in Itasca, IL. The Onsite Supervisor will provide outstanding human resources and recruiting value, strategic planning consultation and partnership support with a dedicated customer at the local branch or directly onsite with the customer. The Onsite Supervisor must have the ability to effectively communicate to candidates, employees and client contacts as well as be responsible for prioritizing requisitions, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring key performance indicators. Other responsibilities may include client specific reporting, onboarding/orientation and site specific training.

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18-$19/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available schedule includes M-F 2:30pm-11:30pm Responsibilities of the Onsite Supervisor:

• Personifies our company at the work site
• Builds and maintains excellent relationships at all levels of the client's organization and delivers exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality
• Facilitates new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper transition into the assignment
• Manages and oversees daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance metrics
• Counsels temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance
• Performs quality control functions to ensure the client is satisfied across all levels of their organization
• Maintains compliance to SURESTAFF's operations, systems and employee records. Ensure compliance to the contract between the client and SURESTAFF for background checks, drug screening, E-verify, billing and any other terms outlined in the agreement
• Ensures accurate and timely information about the account and assigned temporary employee are entered into Avionte
• Monitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents at the site
• Manages retention, recruitment and other value-added programs
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Onsite Supervisor:

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Ability to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills
