Live-In Caregiver

Caregiver Position

HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, providing medication reminders, preparing meals and supporting mobility/transfers, offering companionship and emotional support, supporting daily activities and behaviors as needed, and performing light housekeeping for a safe home.

Skills preferred include experience with bedbound care and transfers, knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care, ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy, meal prep and dietary awareness, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements include caregiving experience 1-3 years preferred, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance. Location requirement: Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Oakville area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required. Work location: In person. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
