Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable with technology for remote or hybrid roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy services, supporting students both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to address students’ unique needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
