Stand Up Forklift Operator - El Paso
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role involves material handling within a fast-paced distribution facility, ensuring efficiency and safety in daily operations.
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, Saturday as needed 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay Rates
- 14.00 - 16.00 USD hourly
Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator
- Has one year of recent stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50–75 lbs
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM
- Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment
Desirable Qualifications for Stand Up Forklift Operator
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit
Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles
- Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods using RF scanners
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone
