Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc., has been a locally owned and operated company for over 70 years. We are searching for a positive and enthusiastic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! This position primarily assists in Human Resources recruitment efforts and takes on the role to help continue bringing in qualified talent.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Assist the recruitment team in building a strong pipeline of candidates in all divisions
• Meet with hiring managers on recruitment efforts for drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, etc. 
• Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Use job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies to find candidates
• Assist in translating for Spanish only or ESL candidates/customers

Qualifications: 

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• 1-3 years in a recruitment role preferred
• Experience in recruiting CDL holders, equipment operators, general laborers preferred 
• Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment (We are growing fast!)
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results 
• Experience using an ATS software of any kind
• Active WI drivers license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DS and background check
