Warehouse Trainer – QCD Charlotte

In This Role, You’ll:

• Train, mentor, and support new associates on all Warehouse procedures.

• Lead Warehouse re-training

• Provide input and conduct new hire reviews.
• Perform daily Warehouse duties while assisting in supervising Warehouse operations.
• Review Warehouse KPIs – productivity, accuracy, PL&D, Inventory
• Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Operate all equipment with the highest safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and mentoring others.
• Computer proficiency for logging and reporting.
• Ability to step in for the Warehouse Supervisor when needed
• Strong leadership skills

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site Trainer role
• Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Range (Base Pay): $25.97 - $27.50

Weekly pay (every Friday)

Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
