Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – K–8 School-Based Position Position Details Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Grade Levels: Kindergarten–8th Grade Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week Setting: Onsite School Year Dates: August 3, 2026 – June 4, 2027 Caseload & Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and 504 Plans Deliver all required IEP and 504 service minutes Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations as needed Attend IEP and 504 meetings as a related service provider Develop, write, and maintain all speech-language components of student IEPs and 504 Plans Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to support goal attainment Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary team members Qualifications Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement required Current Illinois IDFPR licensure required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $60,000–$80,000 Comprehensive benefits package available Consistent full-time schedule Supportive and collaborative educational environment Ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities Dedicated support from the AnthroMed team Why Join AnthroMed?
