Executive Recruiter Assistant
Covington, GA
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$18.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Executive Recruiter Assistant to support our recruiting team in Covington, GA. This role is responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications for open positions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment information as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting databases and tracking systems
- Post and manage job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Follow up with candidates regarding application status and onboarding requirements
- Prepare recruiting reports and assist with administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, clients, and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
