Job Shift: Nights Job Type: Per Diem The Patient Care Tech. assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient, and serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCT's and is cross-trained to Unit Associate. Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Delivers Exceptional Customer Service Assist in Patient Care Functions Assist in Delivery of Indirect Patient Care Functions and Transport Communication and Documentation of Activities Leadership Education: Nursing Assistant or EMT or Paramedic Course Work Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Nursing Assistant Certification, or EMT or Paramedic certification Basic Life Support CPI due within 30 days of hire/transfer Minimum Experience: Certified Medical Assistant or EMT or Paramedic experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenet Healthcare
