Blu Orchard Mental Health is hiring a fully licensed therapist who wants private practice income without private practice stress.
If you're tired of agency productivity pressure or managing your own billing and marketing, we handle the business side so you can focus on clinical care.

Licensed clinicians typically earn:
- $100,000 annually (25 weekly clients)
- $124,500 annually (32 weekly clients)
Higher earning potential available based on schedule flexibility.
This is a 1099 contractor role with strong structural and administrative support.
- Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:
- Trauma & PTSD (EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic modalities)
- Neurodivergent-affirming care
- Child, adolescent, couples, or family therapy
- DBT, CBT, or other evidence-based modalities
- LGBTQIA+ affirming care
Specialty niches are welcome and supported.
- Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
- Active NPI & CAQH profile
- Personal malpractice insurance
- Comfortable with EHR systems
Position available immediately. Insurance credentialing begins upon contracting.
