Location: Prosperity, SC
Shift: 1st 6:30am - 3:00pm | 2nd 2:30pm - 11:00pm | 3rd 10:30pm - 7:00am

Description:
- Versatile production employee responsible for supporting multiple areas of the manufacturing floor, including packing, assembly, and machine operation. Ensured continuous production flow, product quality, and workplace safety in a fast-paced automotive parts facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operated stamping and forming machines safely and efficiently to produce precision metal parts.
- Performed visual and manual inspections to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
- Assembled metal components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and production goals.
- Packed finished parts into containers, applied proper labels, and prepared shipments for delivery.
- Moved raw materials and finished goods between workstations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
- Supported press operators during changeovers, material loading, and troubleshooting.
- Maintained accurate production counts and completed daily documentation.
- Followed all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Assisted wherever needed on the production line to minimize downtime and ensure targets were met.
- Kept work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple production processes.
- Knowledge of machine operation, material handling, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible to move between departments as needed.
