Ensure documentation completeness and API consistency by embedding documentation, developer-usability, and error-handling reviews into the product development and release process. Monitor the developer journey and relevant product signals—including onboarding completion, usage, error patterns, support contacts, retention, and NPS—to identify friction and prioritize improvements. Analyze support tickets, developer feedback, documentation searches, usage patterns, and failure data to identify friction, prioritize improvements, and reduce long-term support costs.
