Assistant General Manager - Full-Service Restaurant

$57,000 - $65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A well-established, high-traffic restaurant is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. This is a confidential opportunity with a stable, nationally recognized concept known for scratch-inspired cooking, upbeat energy, and a strong people culture.

We are searching for a hands-on AGM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to grow into a future General Manager role.

What You'll Do

Support the General Manager with all daily operations
Lead shifts with energy, urgency, and a people-first mindset
Deliver consistent, memorable hospitality to every guest
Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
Manage scheduling, labor performance, and staffing needs
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
Drive service results, guest satisfaction, and operational execution
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Comfortable in high-volume, high-energy environments
Excellent communication, training, and guest service skills
Hands-on leadership - leads by example, stays engaged on the floor
Ability to assist with P&L management, labor controls, and operations strategy

Compensation & Benefits

$57,000 - $65,000 base salary
