Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP - CCC credential
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong team player who collaborates smoothly with educators, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to individual student needs
• Offer strategies and resources for teachers and families to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school-based initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Engage in professional development to stay current on best practices
