Housekeeping and Laundry Attendant

The successful candidate will be part of an incredible, team-oriented environment with a strong Environmental Services Director with numerous years of experience. Housekeeper Requirements Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details and be aware of safety. Maintain a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas. Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times. Remove trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds. Must be able to work as a team member and have a love for the residents. Solid work ethic, with quality customer service, and others in mind. Must be reliable & keep to schedule & must be willing to learn. Must have reliable transportation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Report any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor. Housekeeper Experience Have a proven record of making responsible decisions with the resident's best interest in mind at all times. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. Effectively worked with professional personnel from outside contractors. A proven history of relating well with residents and their families. Used caution in performing duties and maintained safe working practices. Proficient with cleaning supplies and/or chemicals and their uses. Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment, supplies, and common house cleaning devices such as brooms, mops. Must be clean, tidy, and appropriately dressed.
