- Assist patients in understanding treatment options and financial considerations
- Schedule appointments across providers and locations
- Process payments, memberships, and packages
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Manage phone, text, email, and in-office communications
- Help resolve scheduling and workflow challenges
- Work closely with providers, leadership, and support staff

- Flexibility to work across multiple Long Island locations as needed
