Plumbing Service Technician

Location : Sarasota, FL

Pay: $22.00–$28.00/ hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing systems

• Repair and replace plumbing components

• Service water supply and drainage systems

• Inspect systems and identify repair or replacement needs

• Explain repair and replacement options to customers

• Recommend plumbing products and services

• Provide professional customer service in residential homes

• Document work performed and materials used

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle

• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures

• Participate in weekly meetings, hands-on training, and mentoring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Residential plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn and grow

• Comfortable working inside residential customer homes

Preferred Experience

• Residential plumbing service and repair
• Water Heaters

• Drain cleaning

• Plumbing replacements

• Plumbing certifications or licenses

• Customer-facing service experience
