Plant Electrician -- Hiring Now

Cenveo | Cleveland, OH | Multiple Shifts Available (Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs/availability)

Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians on multiples shifts to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate $30 - 43/hr hr depending on experience + applicasble shift premiums
1st shift 7:15 am - 3:30pm (Mon - Fri)
2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm - 11:25pm (Mon - Fri)
3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)
Flexibility to train on any shift
Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
Shift availability is subject to change

Primary Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems, wiring, motors, and controls
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, AC/DC drives (up to 480VAC)
Read electrical diagrams and modify/repair equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and document work
Support pneumatic/hydraulic repairs and basic machine-shop tasks
Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
Other duties as assigned/required

Job Requirements

Industry-related electrical experience required
4+ years electrical diagnostics experience (PLCs, drives, 480VAC)
Ability to read diagrams, perform complex electrical/mechanical work
Advanced troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills
Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying
Lift up to 50 lbs ; push/pull up to 75--100 lbs
Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
