As an Activities Assistant, you will facilitate group activities, encourage resident participation, and maintain activity supplies and records. You will also assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents, and help with outings and special events. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group activities and encourage resident involvement and chart attendance
- Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
- Assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents to and from activities
- Assist with outings and special events, and other assigned duties
- SNF experience preferred
- Familiarity with Point Click Care preferred
