Join our global community of over 200,000 dedicated employees around the world in driving the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.Job Description General FunctionAs a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and brand loyalty.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote an excellent customer experience, including but are not limited to: Greeting and serving customersInform merchandisers/managers on stocking needsEnsure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintainedProblem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistanceManage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientele retentionRemain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brandActively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any timeOccasionally assist with opening and closing duties as neededComply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct set forth by the company and managementAttend and participate in occasional work meetingsHold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to manager if obstacles ariseServe as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands' culture flourishesBasic Qualifications1 year of previous sales or customer service experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experienceSelf-motivated, team playerThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
