Hospital Unit Patient Care Coordinator

Connecticut Children’s is seeking a unit-based administrative support role on an inpatient unit. Under supervision, you will manage patient records, transcribe orders, and coordinate communications among multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, and visitors. You will support data management and unit operations while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.
