* Review project drawings, specifications, site conditions, and customer requirements. * Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs for HVAC-R projects. * Estimate labor hours required to complete each phase of work. * Develop complete project budgets including labor, material, subcontractors, equipment, permits, rentals, and contingencies. * Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing. * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC-R estimating, project management, or related field. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC-R systems * Experience performing takeoffs and preparing project estimates. * Experience estimating and managing retrofit.
