Nurse Practitioner

Job TitleTherapistJob DescriptionThe incumbent will provide therapeutic mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. Treatment and assessment techniques will need to encompass a broad range of mental health concerns; including, but not limited to depression, mania, anxiety disorders, PTSD, psychosis, substance abuse, and suicidality. The incumbent will develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans in the clinical setting as well as conducting educational workshops and participating in outreach programs.QualificationsNecessary QualificationsEducation:Master's Degree (M.A.) in areas of Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related mental health field.Certification:Must be a licensed professional practicing in the field of Mental Health licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiner's or other states that allow transfer of credentialing to ArizonaExperience:Completion of supervision hours required for independent licensure (typically 50-100 hours depending on the specific degree and state)
