Electrical PM Technician / Team Lead

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Electrical PM Technician / Team Lead to support electrical preventive maintenance and field coordination for semiconductor fab projects in North Phoenix. This role is a strong fit for an experienced electrical maintenance technician with troubleshooting, testing, and field leadership experience.

Schedule: Project Schedule | Overtime as Needed
Pay Range: $32-$40/hr
Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and minor repair support.
- Support work involving industrial electrical systems, including 480V systems.
- Assist in establishing electrically safe work conditions.
- Support and guide Tier 1 PM technicians as needed.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site leadership.
- Follow NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE, and site safety procedures.
- Support work in active semiconductor fab, cleanroom, and facility environments.
- 4+ years of industrial electrical maintenance, facility maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with 480V industrial electrical systems strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, metering, testing, and safety practices.
- Semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or critical facility experience preferred.
- Journeyman license or equivalent industrial electrical experience preferred.
- NFPA 70E, LOTO, CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or obtainable.
- Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus.
- Previous TSMC, UIS, or semiconductor project experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
