Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Full Description

Express Employment is partnering with a local company in Racine to hire a Part time Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting order processing, data management, and overall office operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


• Answer incoming calls and assist customers via phone and live chat
Provide quotes and send order confirmations
Enter and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Process orders and verify pricing, product details, and availability
Create work orders, packing lists, and maintain organized documentation
Monitor and respond to customer reviews


• Perform accounting functions such as accounts payables and accounts receivables, support invoicing, payment processing, reporting, and general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:


• Previous hands on experience in customer service and office services in a manufacturing industry


• Some experience performing accounting functions such as A/R and A/P


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently


• High school diploma or GED required


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks is a plus
