Bilingual Cleanroom Assembler

This role involves assembling components for brake pads in a cleanroom production environment. You use hand and power tools to perform precise assembly tasks, follow written instructions, and support automotive-related production activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble brake pad components accurately according to specifications and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret assembly documentation, labels, and basic production instructions.
• Count parts and materials accurately to support inventory control and production needs.
• Support automotive and auto repair–related production processes as required.
• Maintain cleanroom standards by keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with procedures.
• Inspect assembled parts for quality, identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Assist with basic inventory activities, such as tracking parts used and reporting low stock.

Essential Skills

• Bilingual communication skills, including the ability to speak Spanish.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to use power tools in a production or assembly environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and production documentation.
• Ability to count accurately to support assembly and inventory tasks.
• Experience or familiarity with assembly work in automotive or auto repair–related environments.
• Ability to work in a structured production setting while following established procedures.

• Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled production environment.
• Background in automotive repair, auto production, or related mechanical work.
• Experience performing basic inventory tasks, such as counting, tracking, or recording parts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
