Settlement Coordinator

To support the settlement process, the full-time Settlement Coordinator will manage case files from resolution through final disbursement, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with clients, attorneys, and finance teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate settlement files and prepare settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements for accuracy Track case progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution Communicate with clients and third parties regarding settlement status while maintaining organized settlement files Required qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation support Strong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and disbursement processes Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in case management and financial systems
