This dynamic person will be focused on recruiting top Care Professional talent through on-line posts, walk-ins, community networking and other methods. The Recruiter is also responsible for managing the Care Professional team through one-on-one coaching and annual reviews.As the face of Home Instead in the community, this team member must demonstrate our core value, Love (v), in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff: patience, kindness, humility, selflessness, respectfulness, forgiveness, honesty and commitment.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time off- vacation, holidays and birthdayReferral programVision insuranceResponsibilities:Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable mannerDevelop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community, while identifying key recruitment sourcesSchedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional mannerFollowing the Home Instead Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle checks, and drug screens on all Care ProfessionalsMaintain all employment records including but not limited to Form I-9, W-4, etc in our applicant tracking system.Develop engagement strategies to promote Care Professional retention and satisfactionSchedule and conduct Care Professional annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, accountabilities, and problem resolutionWork in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate Care Professional schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and extraordinary relationshipsMeet expectations with respect to critical metrics, such as Care Professional utilization, turnover, etc.Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Professional activity utilizing the software systemHelp plan and successfully execute all Care Professional meetingsEnsure Care Professional availability optimization and utilization of Care Professional hoursAll other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience2 years of experience recruiting top talent requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectivelyAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality of informationEffective interpersonal skills while building relationships easily and naturallySound judgment and good decision-makingDemonstrated discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies, and proceduresDemonstrated complex problem-solving with the ability to organize and prioritize workSuccessful networking skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorSales & results drivenSense of urgency while meeting deadlinesSelf-motivatedStrategic thinkerWe Care Senior Care/Home Instead is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
