Leasing Consultant

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Compensation: $20.00 per hour + $50 per Renewal and Lease

Sign-On Bonus: $500

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our property management team in Spartanburg, SC. This position plays an important role in the leasing process, resident experience, and overall success of the community, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry and property tours through application and move-in
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries and consistently follow up with prospects
• Assist with lease renewals and resident recertifications
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Communicate apartment availability, rental rates, and community features
• Assist residents with questions and coordinate with the property management team as needed
• Support occupancy and resident retention goals
• Assist with general day-to-day property operations

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management software preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour
• $50 per Renewal and Lease
• $500 Sign-On Bonus — $250 upon starting and an additional $250 after 90 days of employment
