Responsibilities include: Lead the daily operations of the store while fostering a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. Drive store performance by achieving sales and profitability goals while effectively managing operating expenses. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers and team members. Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee cash handling procedures, and ensure the company delivery fleet is properly maintained. Coach, mentor, and develop employees to help them reach their full potential. Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal laws. Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of automotive parts, company programs, and industry best practices. Represent Auto Value with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude every day. What We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who enjoys helping others succeed, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience). Two or more years of automotive aftermarket experience preferred. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Intermediate computer proficiency and strong written communication skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
