Service Manager

Job Description

Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring that customer vehicles are repaired efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of service technicians and support staff.
Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service.
Ensure workshop safety and compliance with regulations.
Monitor inventory and order parts as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive service management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and best practices.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
