About the Role

We are seeking a newly certified BCBA (1 or fewer years as a BCBA) who is eager to grow in a supportive, structured clinical environment. At least 2 monthly 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Director and 2 in-person overlaps per month for support, growth, and collaborative conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Planning: Assist with oversight and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans for your caseload
• Assessments: Conduct assessments and support data-driven treatment decisions (DAYC-2, VB-MAPP, AFLS, QABF, FAST, etc.)
• Parent Coaching: Provide parent coaching and help generalize skills in the home and community settings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaboration: Partner with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Team Contribution: Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions.

Supervision & Leadership

• Mentorship: Supervise and mentor behavior technicians/interventionists.
• Training: Participate in staff training and development.
• Ethics: Support strict adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree (Required).
• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• License/Certification: Newly Certified BCBA (1 year or less).
