Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Support and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maintain store appearance and product availability.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and cash handling as needed.

Qualifications
