Job Title: Microsoft 365 - Exchange Engineer Employment Type: Full Time/Contract Duration: Long Term Pay Rate: $135K per annum or $54/hr on W2 SKILLS REQUIRED Required experience 8+ year with minimum 4 years in managing a large scale M365 hybrid environment A Master’s degree and Microsoft Certification a plus Previous Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience is required Familiarity with the following areas: Azure, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Edge server’s administration Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 - Exchange Engineer to supportemail security, mail flow and Exchange on Premises, exchange servers 2016/2019. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365/ Office 365 environment at L2, L3, L4 level and must know exchange servers ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strong experience administering Microsoft 365/Office 365 hybrid environments, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, mail flow, connectors, Exchange Edge, and Active Directory. Expertise in L2/L3/L4 support, SSO/ADFS, Outlook, OWA, Teams, mail hygiene, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-spam, and mail archiving solutions. Hands-on experience with incident/problem management, ITIL processes, SLA management, customer support, and troubleshooting complex enterprise messaging environments. Preferred experience with SharePoint, eDiscovery, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Security Portal, Azure, along with strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
