Release Train Engineer

A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Pensacola, Florida, is looking for a Release Train Engineer to support Agile delivery initiatives, specifically driving Agile Release Train execution and cross-functional team alignment.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Pensacola, FL)

Responsibilities:

Leading Agile Release Train ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos
Managing dependencies, risks, and escalations using RAID/ROAM frameworks
Ensuring teams meet PI Objectives
Supporting Agile transformation and providing visibility through metrics and dashboards
Coaching Scrum Masters and teams in Lean/Agile principles
Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

1+ year of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree
SAFe RTE or similar certifications
Proficiency with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Release Plans and Reporting Dashboards
Proven experience leading Agile transformations
Strong leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Advanced communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
PMP or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
Experience in a large enterprise environment
