AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they are looking for, using a "friends first" mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details, offering suggestions that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You are flexible and can work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You act as an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while following company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist your team in getting the job done. You uphold integrity by doing the right thing and adhering to AEO's policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 18 years of age. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as experience and location. Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and receive AEO rewards at the company's discretion.
