Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide treatments, including medication administration; notify the designated physician/NP of pertinent information
- Manage admitting and discharging processes; assist with activities of daily living
- Deliver specialized care such as Gastrostomy Tube care, urinary catheter care, nebuilized treatments, and wound Vac care
- Provide CPAP and tracheostomy care as assigned; collaborate with the healthcare team and document care accurately in the chart
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and communicate with the care team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care

Requirements
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform duties in a long-term care setting on a hospital campus
- Proof of flu vaccination prior to contract start date (vaccination may be completed during employee health clearance)
- Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend the employee health appointment
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (Hawaii) or equivalent licensure for practice in this setting
