Ref. 61212698 Physical Therapist $2,707.20 per week Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Type: Travel Schedule: 5x8 Days Time: 13 Weeks Job Title: PT, Home Health Location: Brevard County, FL Pay: $2,707.20 weekly Shifts: Flexible 5-day schedule, Tuesday to Saturday Seven Healthcare are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a dynamic home health team in Brevard County, FL. This is a full-time field-based role, where you will be providing high-level care such as SOC, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges to patients across multiple agency partners.
