Desktop Support - Level 2
Supporting a Windows 10 and Mac environment (Mac experience is a plus, not a requirement the candidate can be trained) Imaging Laptops for pre-builds, computer changes and refresh requests, troubleshooting home grown engineering app issues, software issues, Office 365, Teams and xOutlook, mobile support "Android Samsung phones S21 "
Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: attention to detail, and excellent multi-tasking skills, and communication skills.
What will the work schedule be for this position? Overtime as needed, Mon-Friday 7-4 or 8-5.
Full time hours or part time hours? Full Time.
How many overall years of experience should this person have and do they need any specific certifications or education? 3+ solid years of deskside experience, A+ Certification.
Specific certifications: A+ Certification required with 4+ years of deskside experience.
Candidate must be a US citizen with 2 forms of government ID's Passport (passport can be expired) and drivers license or a birth certificate with a raised seal.
