Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with acute care experience for a 10-week travel assignment in a Florida hospital setting.

Details

• Acute care inpatient hospital setting
• Day shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Schedule varies; two Sunday shifts required per month
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Acute care experience required; post-surgical and ICU experience preferred
• Active Florida PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine required or an approved declination
• Copy of COVID vaccination card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Credentialing must be completed one week prior to assignment start
• Two weeks' notice required at end of assignment
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers; no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of this facility must have a 90-day gap before returning as a traveler
