Job Summary: Seeking a highly organized, proactive Resale Coordinator to support all aspects of the resale process for managed communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with owners and attorneys, and can manage multiple moving parts without losing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process resale and refinance applications and requests, including questionnaires and closing documents
• Communicate with homeowners, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals
• Track payments, fees, and required documents to ensure timely closings
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Ensure compliance with association governing documents and state requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing deadlines and expectations

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, HOA/condo administration, real estate, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile information across multiple source
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with resale packages, lender questionnaires, and closing processes (preferred)
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations.
• Experience working with Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Homeowner Associations.
• Desire to grow within an organization.
