What You’ll Do: Patrol assigned areas overnight to deter theft, vandalism, and other crimes Secure entry points and ensure property safety Respond to requests, including noise complaints and property violations Assist residents with lockouts or vehicle escorts What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service skills —our officers engage with the community Ability to work independently and follow established protocols Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation to assignments Position Details: Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM - weekends needed. 50% walking / 50% driving: includes driving to multiple properties, standing and walking for extended periods of time, and using stairs to check interior/exterior doors. Job Types: Part-time available / Full-time available Shifts: 8‑10 hours | Nights | Weekends | Holidays | On‑call Pay: $18.00 per hour Minimum Requirements: Age 21+ Clean background check & drug screening Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Fluent in English (both written and verbal) High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation to job sites Why Join Signal Security?
