Community Power & Policy Lead (East San Jose)

SOMOS Mayfair in San José, CA, seeks a Community Organizing Manager to partner with the Community Organizing Director in developing and implementing a neighborhood-wide agenda, with a focus on early education, housing, immigration, and racial/economic justice. You will lead campaigns, build coalitions, supervise a small team, and report on outcomes, ensuring alignment with SOMOS Mayfair’s mission and values.
