Maryville Physical Therapist

This position provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines. This position (Outpatient/Inpatient) works under the supervision of Director. Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients, as directed by a provider, using approved treatment procedures.

This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

Duties:

• Evaluates patients referred by providers.
• Establishes goals that maximize the patient's recovery.
• Plans a treatment program, using appropriate treatment procedures that will best accomplish the established goals.
• Implements the treatment program using approved procedures.
• Documents treatment procedures and the patient's response to them, on a regular basis.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree- Graduate of accredited school of physical therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Missouri required.
• Heart Saver certification or BLS required.
