Overview
Physical Therapist – General, in Clancy, Montana. Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks in a long-term care nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,065 to $2,155 with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations for residents to identify functional limitations and abilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focusing on mobility, strength, balance, gait, and daily activities.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education as clinically indicated.
- Document progress and outcomes in the resident’s chart; communicate findings and recommendations with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure safety and infection control during treatment; educate residents and families on home exercise programs and activity strategies.
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and coordination with nursing staff to optimize resident outcomes.

Requirements
- Current PT license to practice in Montana (or eligibility to obtain MT licensure)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a geriatric/long-term care setting or with older adult populations
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Availability to work Monday–Friday in a fast-paced LTC environment
