Geek Squad Agent (Retail Store)

What you'll do Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check‑in and checkout process. Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking detailed notes, and giving accurate time estimates for next steps. Help customers set up new devices and advise them on whether to repair or replace old devices. Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers. Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses. Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents. Required qualifications At least 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
