This role involves administering employee onboarding, distributing employee privileges and perks, and offering general support to both employees and guests at Deer Valley Resort.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer multiple aspects of the hiring process, including processing rehire offers. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in high pressure situations. Administer perk privileges and rewards to eligible parties. Administer onboarding for all employees and ensure accuracy of information. Understand the appropriate types of acceptable I-9 documents and verification of such through the use of E-verify. Produce ID cards for employees, dependents, designates, and volunteer programs. Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed. Respond to emails through ticketing system. Maintain all filing for Human Resources. Be knowledgeable in the operation of office machines and HR software programs. Be knowledgeable of Deer Valley events, staff, facilities, and products and provide information. Understand the duties of the Human Resources team and be available to answer questions and assist. Be aware of and adhere to Deer Valley Resort policy at all times. Keep all personnel information confidential. Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Assist with monthly prize drawings.
