Job Description Job Description CVOR Surgical Tech Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the sterile field for cardiovascular surgical procedures Assist surgeons during complex CVOR cases, including open heart and vascular surgeries Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow Handle, organize, and pass surgical instruments and supplies Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment and technology Ensure proper sterilization and setup of instruments and equipment Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards Participate in preoperative setup and postoperative cleanup Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff
